Chelsea Fig
Chelsea Ii Fabric
Chelsea Fig is a deep fig-plum textile with a quiet, finely woven surface. Its muted brown and wine undertones give the colour a grounded depth, while the close weave adds gentle texture.

About this fabric
Chelsea Fig is shown as a plain, closely woven surface with no visible motif. Its deep fig tone sits between muted plum, wine and brown, giving the cloth an earthy richness rather than a bright purple cast. A subtle crosswise and lengthwise grain keeps the colour from reading flat and allows the surface to catch the light softly. No composition, width, rub test or other performance specification has been supplied for this colourway.
How to use it
Use this deep plum-brown shade to add low-lit richness to a reading chair, sofa or tailored curtain. It pairs naturally with warm timber, aged brass and softer neutral textiles that allow the fig tone to remain the focal colour.
A rich fig-plum plain weave that brings depth to upholstery, cushions or structured window treatments.

Pairs well with
Chelsea Fig is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
