Loopy Link Midnight Purple

Kirkby Design X Eley Kishimoto Fabric

Loopy Link Midnight Purple combines a deep, cool purple ground with a strong near-black geometric repeat. Its graphic bands of linked arches and small vertical marks create a rhythmic, architectural surface.

About this fabric

The close-up shows repeated rows of rounded, interlocking links, with small dark vertical bars punctuating the purple ground. The near-black motif gives this colourway pronounced depth, while the purple remains visible as a muted, slightly cool tone rather than a bright violet. A subtle woven texture can be seen beneath the crisp geometric pattern. This is catalogued as a fabric for upholstery; no composition, width, rub-test or other performance specification is supplied.

How to use it

Use it on a contemporary armchair, bench or occasional sofa where the midnight purple can act as a rich focal colour. Pair the cool, dark ground with charcoal, blackened timber, smoked metal or softly contrasting pale neutrals.

Use this deep, cool-toned colourway to give contemporary upholstery a graphic, architectural edge.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
