About this fabric

The surface is visually quiet but not flat, with fine tonal variation creating a soft, mottled finish rather than a defined motif. Light catches the pale fibres unevenly, giving this colourway a gently weathered, almost frosted depth. No performance features are noted in the supplied specification, so its principal appeal here is the calm colour and tactile-looking surface.

How to use it

Use Bear Glacier on an armchair, headboard or compact sofa where its cool blue-grey tone can soften warmer timber and natural woven accents. Keep surrounding colours muted to preserve the swatch’s misty, restful character.

The softly mottled, brushed-looking surface brings quiet depth to upholstered seating and occasional furniture.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
