Brush Glacier

Volume Fabric

Brush Glacier reads as a pale, cool grey with a softly mottled, fleeced surface. In the image, its plush texture catches the light across the rounded chair forms, giving the colour a gentle sense of depth.

About this fabric

The visible surface is thick and nubby, with fine pale and darker grey fibres creating a softly clouded effect rather than a printed motif. Its glacier-grey tone feels cool and airy in direct light, while the shaded areas reveal a slightly deeper graphite cast. The substantial, tactile appearance shown on the curved chairs makes this fabric particularly suited to upholstery. No further performance or composition specifications were supplied.

How to use it

Use Brush Glacier on sculptural lounge chairs or a compact sofa where its cool grey tone can balance warm plaster, pale timber and dark metal. Pair it with soft whites and stone shades to keep the room light, or introduce charcoal accents to bring out its shaded texture.

A cool, softly fleeced upholstery cloth that suits rounded contemporary seating and adds tactile depth without a printed pattern.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
