About this fabric
The visible pattern is broad and expressive, with sweeping oval forms, broken strokes and scattered flecks moving across the grey ground. Its restrained dove- and charcoal-grey palette keeps the large-scale motif calm rather than high-contrast, while the fine surface grain subtly softens the printed-looking marks. No performance features are noted for this fabric, so suitability should be assessed against the intended upholstery application.
How to use it
Pair Vandal Gris with chalky whites, pale timber and brushed metal for a cool, contemporary room, or use deep charcoal accents to draw out the darker marks. Its subdued grey tone works particularly well on a statement chair or compact sofa where the sweeping pattern can remain visible.
