About this colour
This shade reads cool overall, with a clear blue cast and just enough green to keep it from feeling icy; #D7E7E7 has a gentle lift that reflects light well without glare. In a north-facing room it can turn a little more aqueous and reserved, so the colour feels quieter and more silvered. In south light it becomes brighter and cleaner, with the green notes showing a touch more. It works neatly beside pale oak, ash and painted joinery, and gives a calm backdrop to upholstery in chalk white, slate blue, soft sage or muted teal.
How to use it
