Cascade - Boise

Contrée Sauvage Fabric3250-04

Cascade - Boise pairs a near-black ground with fine bronze dots arranged in flowing, wave-like trails. The contrast is dark and atmospheric, while the closely packed pattern gives the surface a subtle sense of movement.

About this fabric

Across the swatch, tiny bronze and copper-toned marks gather into curling bands that ripple over the near-black background. The broken dot pattern creates a soft, shimmering depth rather than a hard, graphic outline, so the colourway reads as richly layered and restrained. Its dense textile surface appears suited to upholstery, with the dark ground giving the design a particularly intimate, enveloping character. No performance features or further specification data are noted for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use this near-black and bronze colourway on a statement armchair, sofa or upholstered headboard where its low-lit depth can be set against warm timber, aged metal or similarly dark accents. The flowing pattern also works well as a dramatic focal textile in a carefully edited room.

A dramatic near-black upholstery textile enlivened by softly glinting bronze, wave-like dotwork.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
