About this fabric

This Sorgho colourway is woven in layered paprika, brick and russet-red tones, with scattered cream and pale blush threads creating a softly broken horizontal effect. The compact, nubby construction is clearly visible in the close-up image, giving the fabric a tactile, substantial appearance suited to upholstery. Its warm red depth reads earthy rather than bright, while the lighter flecks prevent the surface from feeling flat. No composition, width, rub test or performance rating has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use this warm paprika-red upholstery on a statement armchair, footstool or occasional sofa, balancing its earthy intensity with oat linen, dark timber and aged brass.

Pair the warm paprika ground with natural timber, tan leather or softened neutral upholstery for a richly tactile scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
