Freya Marmalade
Freya FabricLF2134
Freya Marmalade is a softly textured semi-plain weave in a warm tan shade, visibly layered with peachy marmalade and pale natural fibres. Its fine crosshatch gives the surface gentle movement without introducing a defined motif.

About this fabric
The close-up shows a finely woven surface with irregular horizontal and vertical threads, creating a softly tactile, linen-like texture. Its light tan ground is warmed by muted marmalade and blush-peach flecks, so it reads warmer and more nuanced than a flat beige. At approximately 137cm wide, it is suitable for curtains and fixed upholstery, with a composition of 30% linen, 19% wool, 19% polyester, 15% cotton, 12% viscose and 5% nylon. This Contract and General Domestic fabric should be dry cleaned after use.
How to use it
Use Freya Marmalade on relaxed upholstered seating or full-length curtains where its warm tan tone can soften cooler neutrals. Pair it with chalky whites, natural timber and muted terracotta accents to draw out the peachy warmth in the weave.
A warm, linen-rich woven neutral for relaxed curtains, fixed upholstery and loose-cover schemes.

Pairs well with
Freya Marmalade is a quiet cloth, so it carries a pattern beside it: one of these on the curtains and this on the chair. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it
Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
