Freya Biscuit

Freya FabricLF2134

Freya Biscuit has a warm, pale biscuit ground with a fine woven crosshatch that brings subtle depth to the otherwise quiet neutral surface. The close-up reveals delicate ivory, taupe and grey flecks rather than a flat, uniform colour.

About this fabric

This semi-plain Linwood fabric is woven from 30% linen, 19% wool, 19% polyester, 15% cotton, 12% viscose and 5% nylon. Its softly irregular weave gives the Biscuit colourway a natural, lightly nubby appearance, with the pale base gently broken by cooler grey and muted taupe threads. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery. The fabric is graded for Contract and General Domestic use and should be dry cleaned.

How to use it

Pair Freya Biscuit with chalky whites, pale oak and warm stone for an airy, textural room, or use it to soften deeper timber and earthy neutral furniture. Its warm biscuit tone works especially well as relaxed curtain fabric or quietly textured upholstery.

Use this softly textured biscuit neutral for relaxed curtains or understated fixed upholstery in light, natural schemes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
