About this fabric
Paper White is a near-white ground overlaid with delicate cool grey botanical tracery: scrolling stems, stylised leaves, rosettes and large flower-like medallions are arranged in an intricate symmetrical repeat. The fine net appearance keeps the 230 gsm cloth visually light, while 27 threads per cm indicate a closely made surface. Its 47 cm vertical and 42.5 cm horizontal repeats give the all-over design a measured rhythm across the 130 cm usable width. The low-contrast grey-on-white palette keeps the ornament quiet rather than stark.
