Tobago - Silver/Multi

Misc Fabric

Tobago Silver/Multi combines a cool silver ground with closely spaced vertical stripes woven through with coral, green, blue and muted yellow. Its small-scale texture gives the colourway a lively, softly mottled appearance rather than a flat stripe.

About this fabric

The surface is a tightly woven textile with narrow vertical bands and a fine zigzag-like texture visible within the stripes. Silver-grey threads form the overall ground, while coral pink, leafy green, soft blue and yellow accents create a layered multicoloured effect. The dense weave gives the swatch a gently tactile finish, with the brighter threads catching the light between the cooler silver areas. No composition, width or rub-test information has been supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Pair Tobago Silver/Multi with soft grey, chalky white or pale timber to keep its cool silver base clear, or draw out the coral and green threads with carefully chosen cushions and painted furniture. Its narrow vertical pattern would add subtle directional interest to a chair, headboard or relaxed curtain treatment.

Use the cool silver ground with its coral, green, blue and yellow threads to bring lively colour to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
