Issia Tamarind

Katori Fabric

Issia Tamarind brings a quiet, weathered rhythm to the Katori collection, with narrow vertical stripes shifting between blue-grey, taupe, cream and warm brown. The close, textured weave gives the colourway a softly tactile, layered appearance.

About this fabric

The image shows closely spaced vertical stripes with irregular tonal variation rather than a flat, uniform banding. Blue-grey and charcoal threads create the cooler backbone, while taupe, cream and muted brown accents warm the overall effect. Its visibly textured, mid-weight appearance makes it suitable for both upholstery and drapery. No performance features are noted for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Issia Tamarind to add restrained pattern to a reading chair, headboard or full-length curtains, pairing its blue-grey depth with warm timber, aged brass and soft taupe upholstery.

The softly textured vertical stripe brings layered blue-grey, taupe and warm neutral tones to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
