About this fabric
This fabric is composed of 92% polyester, 5% cotton and 3% linen, with a substantial 700gsm handle and a Martindale rating of 100000, making it a practical choice for hard-working interiors. In this colourway, the green leans towards olive and moss rather than bright emerald, giving it a calm, earthy presence. The surface appears finely woven with a soft nap-like sheen that catches the light gently rather than reflecting it sharply. With a usable width of 138cm and no pattern repeat, it is straightforward to plan for upholstery, curtains or blinds. Dry clean only and do not iron.
How to use it
Use Sapphire Green where you want depth without glare: it suits upholstered armchairs, banquettes and tailored curtains in rooms with timber, brass or stone. The muted olive tone layers well with warm neutrals, tobacco leather and darker botanical accents.
