About this fabric
The close, fine weave creates subtle horizontal and vertical tonal variation across the plum ground, giving the surface depth without a visible motif or pattern. At 280 gsm and 137 cm usable width, it has the substance to work across both upholstery and drapery applications. With a 0 cm vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, it can be cut and joined without matching concerns. The dark purple shade reads particularly rich in the denser areas of the weave, while finer threads catch the light with a restrained, tactile lift.
How to use it
Pair Alora Plum with warm neutrals, smoked timber and aged brass for a grounded, atmospheric scheme. Used on a statement chair, plain curtains or layered cushions, its deep purple tone adds colour without introducing a competing pattern.
