About this fabric

The close-up shows a dense, even weave with delicate vertical irregularity and a lightly heathered finish rather than a printed motif. At 257gsm, Orla Ash has the substance of a versatile mid-weight textile for both upholstery and drapery. The usable width is 138cm, with a standard length of 40m and zero vertical and horizontal pattern repeat, making the plain surface straightforward to position. Its restrained ash tone gives the cloth a calm, relaxed character while allowing the fine weave to provide visual depth.

How to use it

Pair Orla Ash with chalky whites, pale oak and soft stone shades for an airy, tonal scheme, or use it to temper darker timber and black accents. The cool ash-grey colour works especially well on relaxed upholstery, Roman blinds and uncomplicated curtains.
