About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Linnean Weaves collection is a substantial textile at 512 gsm, with a usable width of 139.5 cm and a 40 m standard length. The weave presents a tiny, repeated indigo motif that sits clearly against the lighter background, creating a fresh contrast with a slightly softened hand-drawn rhythm. With a vertical repeat of 4.8 cm and a horizontal repeat of 3 cm, the pattern is small and regular, making it easy to read across larger pieces. The colourway is a cool, mid-depth indigo that feels airy rather than heavy, so the surface keeps its lightness even with the fabric’s dense structure.

How to use it
