About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Linnean Weaves collection is a substantial 560 gsm textile with a usable width of 141.5 cm and a 9.5 cm vertical by 9 cm horizontal repeat. The weave reads crisp and closely worked, with the blue motif sitting clearly against the lighter background for a clean, graphic effect. Crusoe Blue is a cool, softened blue rather than a bright or navy tone, so the pattern feels orderly and bright without becoming stark. At 93 threads per cm, it suggests a finely constructed cloth with enough body to hold its structured geometric character well on upholstery.

How to use it

Use this blue-and-white colourway on an armchair, banquette or accent cushions where the repeating geometry can bring rhythm without overpowering the room. It works especially well with pale woods, chalky whites and other muted blues.
