About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Melford Weaves collection is a substantial textile at 346gsm, with a usable width of 140 cm and no pattern repeat, making the texture itself the focus. In Aluminium, the colour sits in a light grey register with a faint silvery cast rather than a warm taupe note. The weave is clearly visible in the image, with small, irregular yarns that create a gently nubbled surface and a calm, tailored finish. With no repeat to manage and a sturdy handle, it is well suited to seating where a quietly smart look is needed.

How to use it

Use this cool grey on an armchair, bench or banquette where you want texture without strong pattern. It works especially well alongside white walls, black metal details and washed timber finishes.

Pair with pale oak, chalk white and brushed metal for a clean, tailored finish.
