Lagom Pure

Melford Weaves FabricSAF0155-10

Lagom Pure is a softly textured neutral with a gently heathered cream surface and a relaxed, natural look. The weave reads matt and breathable, with tiny slubs giving the cloth quiet depth rather than a flat solid finish.

About this fabric

This Sanderson fabric from the Melford Weaves collection has a usable width of 140 cm and a substantial 346 gsm weight, making it a versatile woven cloth for curtains or upholstery. The surface shows a fine basket-like texture with small irregular flecks, while the colour sits in a warm ecru cream rather than a bright white. With no vertical or horizontal pattern repeat, it is easy to cut and the subtle weave detail stays understated across larger spans. The 21.5 threads per cm specification supports the crisp but softly tactile hand visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use this pale cream tone to soften darker woods, stone or charcoal upholstery without adding strong contrast. It works especially well in layered neutral schemes where the texture can do the visual work.

A calm, low-contrast neutral that layers easily with timber, linen and painted finishes.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
