About this fabric

Fen Willow from Sanderson’s Orwell Weaves collection has a usable width of 144 cm, a 3 cm vertical and horizontal repeat, and a substantial 560 gsm weight. That weight, together with the tight 57 threads per cm, gives the cloth a firm, closely woven feel that suits tailored upholstery as well as structured curtains. In this colourway the check is understated, with pale oat, ivory and soft sage tones blending into a gentle, weathered neutral. The small-scale pattern creates movement without contrast, so the fabric feels refined and easy to live with.

How to use it

Use Fen Willow to soften classic seating, bench cushions or roman blinds where you want texture rather than strong pattern. Its pale green-cream cast works especially well with natural wood, putty paint and aged brass.

A quietly textured neutral that feels fresh and easy to layer.
