About this fabric

The printed design is arranged as separate hydrangea clusters, with the largest bouquet combining deep denim blue, dusty teal, cream and pale blue petals. Olive-sage leaves and fine brown stems add a muted botanical contrast without overwhelming the cool ground. A subtle horizontal and vertical texture is visible through the print, giving the pale grey-beige background a gently tactile, linen-like appearance. This is catalogued as a fabric in Swaffer’s Print collection; no composition, width or performance specification has been supplied.

How to use it

Use this cool blue colourway for full-length curtains or relaxed Roman blinds, pairing it with chalky walls, pale oak and soft sage accents. The deeper blue flower centres can be picked out in cushions or a painted cabinet for a considered connection.

Use the cool blue hydrangeas with pale neutrals, sage greens and natural timber for a calm, botanical scheme.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
