About this fabric

Woven in 100% polyester, Arcadia Carnival is specified for both curtaining and upholstery, with a generous 137 cm width and a 60,000+ Martindale rub test. The surface reads as a crisp, textured fabric rather than a soft velvet, with layered brushmark effects that bring out turquoise, coral red, purple, gold and cream against a cool ground. This colourway is especially bold and saturated, so the pattern feels energetic and high-contrast rather than muted. The H35 x V22 repeat helps preserve the design’s painterly blocks and vertical streaks across larger pieces without losing its lively look.

How to use it

Pair this colourway with plain navy, ivory or charcoal upholstery to keep the room balanced while letting the multicolour pattern lead. It works well on statement chairs, full-length curtains or cushions where the jewel tones can catch natural light.
