About this fabric

This Warwick upholstery fabric is composed of 59% viscose, 29% cotton, 9% linen and 3% polyester, and it is 137 cm wide with a 9 cm horizontal and 14 cm vertical repeat. The surface shows a small-to-medium geometric rhythm made up of interlocking diamond and hexagon-like forms, with a clearly textured weave that reads sturdy rather than fluid. In this colourway, the colours feel softened and slightly aged: olive green, biscuit tan, slate blue and burgundy sit against a charcoal ground, so the design has depth without looking overly bright. The 18,000 Martindale rating supports use on upholstery, and the woven texture helps the pattern feel more tactile in close-up.

How to use it

Use it on an armchair, ottoman or occasional sofa where the repeating geometric bands can be seen clearly. The muted green, blue and red notes work well with natural wood, aged brass and plain linens in stone or olive.
