About this fabric

Woven in a 59% viscose, 29% cotton, 9% linen and 3% polyester blend, this 137 cm-wide fabric has the tactile, slightly slubby character of a textured upholstery cloth. The H9 x V14 cm pattern repeat creates a compact, disciplined motif that reads clearly across the surface without feeling oversized. In this Natural colourway, the palette stays grounded in warm greys, sandy beige and deep charcoal, so the design feels refined rather than high contrast. With an 18,000 Martindale rub test, it is suited to everyday upholstered pieces where you want visual texture as well as practical durability.

How to use it

Use Cabaret Natural on an armchair, bench or footstool to bring pattern to a room without adding strong colour. Its muted stone base pairs neatly with oak, black metal and soft grey paintwork.

A versatile neutral that works well on tailored seating and compact accent pieces.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
