About this fabric

This colourway shows a layered patchwork of rectangular forms in warm rust, muted olive and pale stone, with the darker shades giving the design more depth than a simple two-tone print. The surface reads as slightly striated and textural rather than flat, so the blocks feel softened at the edges and quietly tonal. Made from 100% polyester, Ikon Rust is specified for curtaining and upholstery, and its 140 cm width makes it practical for larger schemes. With a Martindale rub test of 60,000+, it has the durability expected of a hardworking interior fabric while still keeping its decorative, woven character.

How to use it

Use Ikon Rust where you want pattern without brightness: it works well on a sofa, armchair or blinds against oak, plaster and aged brass. The rust shading warms the room, while the olive and stone notes stop it feeling too bold.

A warm woven geometric with enough substance for relaxed upholstery or statement curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
