About this fabric

The close-up shows an unpatterned fabric face in a very light magnesium grey, with subtle tonal variation created by the draped surface. Soft highlights travel across the folds, giving the cloth a restrained lustre rather than a strong shine. Its fine, fluid appearance makes this colourway especially suited to drapery, where the cool grey can read as soft silver in brighter areas and deeper graphite-grey in the creases. The overall effect is sleek, calm and distinctly contemporary.

How to use it

Use Shuteye Magnesium for full-length curtains in a modern bedroom or sitting room, where its cool pale grey can soften darker architectural finishes. Pair it with crisp white, brushed metal and charcoal accents to bring out the colourway’s gentle silver depth.

A cool, softly lustrous grey for fluid curtains and calm, contemporary interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
