About this fabric
The surface has a dense, velvety appearance rather than a visible motif, with fine tonal variation created by the direction of the nap. Its indigo blue shifts from smoky blue highlights to near-black recesses where the fabric gathers. The draped swatch shows a substantial cloth with a smooth face and restrained, low-level sheen. This depth of colour gives the plain Velluto design a particularly rich and enveloping character.
How to use it
Use Velluto Indigo on a feature armchair, sofa or ottoman where its cool blue-black tone can anchor a room. Pair it with pale stone, warm timber or brushed metal so the nap’s subtle highlights remain visible.
