Tanglewood Indigo

Wild Life FabricLF2330FR

Tanglewood Indigo is a deep, cool indigo ground layered with densely scrolling botanical forms. Muted olive, taupe, grey and lilac accents give the floral pattern an aged, painterly depth against the dark background.

About this fabric

The large-scale floral design combines curling stems, layered leaves, seed heads and full blooms, with the darker indigo ground visible between the motifs. Olive and taupe foliage soften the near-black blue, while subdued lilac-grey details add cool tonal variation rather than bright contrast. The supplied 137cm width makes this fabric suitable for both curtains and fixed upholstery. Made from 78% polyester, 15% acrylic and 7% viscose, it is graded for general domestic use and has a velvety surface appearance.

How to use it

Use Tanglewood Indigo to give a reading chair, headboard or window treatment a dramatic focal point, pairing its cool blue depth with aged brass, charcoal, olive and warm timber. Its large botanical scale is especially effective where the pattern can be seen across a generous upholstered panel or full-length curtain.

A richly patterned indigo botanical velvet for dramatic curtains, occasional chairs and general domestic upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
