About this fabric

This printed velvet shows a repeating Japanese-inspired landscape of layered hills, rocky outcrops, pavilions, streams and distinctive spreading trees. The background is a light aqua-cream, while sage, sea green and blue-grey foliage give the design cool depth; dusty pink branches add a gentle warm contrast. At approximately 137cm wide, the 88% polyester, 8% acrylic and 4% viscose composition is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery. It carries Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades, making this colourway suitable for both drapery and considered seating applications.

How to use it

Use the cool pastel ground with chalky neutrals, pale timber and blue-green painted details, then pick up the dusty pink trees in cushions or piping. The scenic repeat can bring colour and detail to curtains, while the velvet handle suits a structured chair or fixed seat.
