Wakehurst Summer Meadow

Arcadia FabricLF1825

Wakehurst Summer Meadow combines a pale sage, grey-green ground with generously spaced bouquets of pink, blue, yellow, coral and cream flowers. The softly painterly print has a faded, garden-inspired character, with curling grey foliage filling the spaces between blooms.

About this fabric

The large-scale floral arrangement brings together vivid blue flowers, warm yellow petals, blush pinks and coral accents, while the surrounding foliage remains muted in sage, stone and grey. This colourway feels gentle rather than saturated, with the pale ground giving the bouquets an airy, timeworn quality. At approximately 137cm wide, the fabric is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery and carries Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. Its composition is 20% linen and 80% viscose, with dry-clean-only aftercare.

How to use it

Use the pale sage ground as a calm backdrop for painted furniture, or let the blue and coral flowers guide accent cushions and trim on a relaxed upholstered chair. As curtains, it will soften a room while retaining the pattern’s clear large-scale bouquet layout.

A softly faded multicolour floral for curtains, fixed upholstery and relaxed country-style interiors.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
