About this fabric

The design combines broad checks with delicate pinstripes, creating depth between the deep burgundy and blue blocks and the lighter oat and cream bands. The softly flecked surface of the 100% wool weave keeps the colours muted rather than bright, with a natural textile grain visible across the swatch. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades. After-care is dry clean.

How to use it

Pair the burgundy and dusty blue tones with warm wood, aged leather and oat-coloured plains for a relaxed, collected room. Used as curtains, the lighter checks can lift the deeper burgundy bands while retaining the fabric’s cosy wool character.
