About this fabric

The medium-scale plaid is woven in 100% wool, with broad russet and muted olive blocks layered against deep burgundy bands and narrow contrasting lines. The textured surface softens the checks, while the darker threads add definition and make the pattern read with subtle depth rather than flat colour. At approximately 137cm wide, it is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery. This fabric is graded for Contract and General Domestic use and should be dry cleaned.

How to use it

Pair Rubha with warm timber, aged leather and muted olive or ochre accents to draw out its earthy palette. On a chair, sofa or full-length curtain, the burgundy and russet tones create a cosy focal point without losing the structure of the plaid.

Use the warm russet and burgundy ground to bring depth to upholstery, with olive and mustard checks adding a country-inspired accent.
