About this fabric

This checked design is woven from 100% wool and measures approximately 137cm wide. Broad ochre and russet checks form the main rhythm, while olive-grey bands and fine plum lines add definition without making the palette feel sharp. The textured weave subtly softens the contrast between the warm yellow and brick-red areas, giving the cloth a settled, heathered appearance. It is specified for curtains and fixed upholstery, with Contract and General Domestic upholstery grades, and should be dry cleaned.

How to use it

Pair Corsewall with aged timber, natural leather and soft olive or clay accents to draw out its warm, outdoorsy palette. On a window, its ochre ground will read as softly golden; on upholstery, the russet and plum lines add inviting depth.

Use this warm, heritage-toned plaid to bring layered colour and texture to upholstery or curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
