22 Brick

Stellar Fabric22

Stellar 22 Brick combines a warm, muted brick-terracotta ground with irregular taupe-grey markings that move across the surface like worn, softly broken forms. Its close woven texture gives the colourway a gently tactile, layered appearance.

About this fabric

The terracotta base reads warm and earthy rather than bright, while the taupe-grey areas soften the contrast and give the design a weathered depth. Irregular, block-like shapes and broken linear marks create an abstract pattern with a medium visual scale. A fine, clearly visible woven texture runs through the surface, catching the light subtly across the brick and neutral tones. This is a textile fabric suited to upholstery, where its tonal variation can add character without becoming overly decorative.

How to use it

Use 22 Brick on an occasional chair, headboard or compact sofa to bring a grounded terracotta note into the room. Pair it with chalky neutrals, aged timber and muted taupe accents to echo the colourway’s softened contrast.

Use the warm brick ground to add depth to seating, balancing the taupe-grey pattern with natural wood or warm neutrals.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside 22 Brick without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
