About this fabric

The Fossil colourway reads as a warm, mineral taupe-grey, while the ivory pattern catches the light more brightly across the raised-looking linear design. Repeating diamonds, chevrons and fine nested outlines create a large-scale architectural rhythm across the cloth. At 220 gsm and 140 cm usable width, it is a versatile mid-weight fabric for upholstery or drapery. The pattern has a 122.5 cm vertical repeat and a 70 cm horizontal repeat, so the alignment of the geometric columns should be considered when planning larger applications. Its specification of 116 threads per centimetre corresponds with the subtly close, even surface visible in the swatch.

How to use it

Use Geometrica Fossil on a tailored chair, headboard or full-length curtain where its soft taupe-grey base can sit alongside warm stone, ivory and pale timber. The ivory geometry adds definition without overpowering a restrained neutral room.

Use the quiet taupe ground and ivory geometry to bring structured pattern to upholstery, curtains or layered neutral schemes.
