About this fabric

This substantial 574 gsm fabric is woven with 84 threads per centimetre, giving the floral embroidery a dense, tactile ground suited to upholstery. The design repeats over 45 cm vertically and 44.5 cm horizontally, forming alternating columns of clustered pale blooms and branching taupe-grey foliage. In this colourway, lavender-mauve shading is softened by stone and grey undertones, while the raised pale motifs catch the light across the surface. The 134 cm usable width allows the pattern to be considered across generous upholstered panels.

How to use it

Use this faded amethyst colourway on a reading chair, sofa or upholstered bed where its cool mauve-grey tone can sit against chalky walls, weathered timber and muted taupe textiles. Keep surrounding accents restrained so the raised pale floral columns remain the room’s main texture.
