About this colour

This shade reads as a muted green-grey with a soft, mineral undertone, so it leans cool without feeling sharp. Its mid-light value lifts a wall enough to keep the room open, but the grey content stops it from looking bright or fresh. In north-facing light it can become cooler and slightly more stone-like, while in south-facing rooms the green note comes forward and the colour feels a little warmer and fuller. It sits well beside pale oak, walnut, painted joinery in off-white, and upholstery in oatmeal, charcoal, or washed indigo. In Active Emulsion or Waterbased Eggshell, it suits both walls and woodwork where a calm, balanced colour is wanted.

How to use it
