Longwood FabricL9391-05

Meadow Sky reads as a soft mist-grey stripe, with pale linear bands breaking up the broader matte ground. The overall effect is calm and airy, with just enough pattern to give curtains a quiet rhythm.

About this fabric

This Longwood fabric from Larsen is composed of 50% Linen, 45% Polyacrylic and 5% Polyamide, and it comes in an approximate 310cm width, making it especially suited to generous drapery drops. The design shows wide horizontal bands in a subdued grey tone, interrupted by fine wavy striping in a lighter ivory-grey that adds movement without feeling busy. Its 33cm vertical repeat gives the stripe a confident scale, while the soft, slubby linen look keeps the finish relaxed rather than crisp. The palette stays cool and muted, with the grey ground lifting the contrast just enough for the pattern to remain visible from across a room.

How to use it

Use Meadow Sky for full-length curtains or sheer-feeling room dividers where a restrained stripe will soften large windows. Its cool grey and pale linear pattern pair neatly with pale timber, stone, and brushed metal finishes.

A calm, wide-width curtain cloth that feels airy and quietly patterned.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
