About this fabric
This colourway is all about contrast: a soft ivory ground is interrupted by dense black stripe bands that read slightly hand-drawn rather than rigid. The fabric is a 310cm-wide textile in a 50% Linen, 45% Polyacrylic, 5% Polyamide composition, which helps explain its relaxed natural body and practical handle. The repeat is V 33cm / H 1cm approx, creating those broad horizontal sweeps with fine vertical line detail inside each band. It works particularly well as drapery, where the stripes can fall in generous panels and the fabric’s pale ground keeps the overall effect airy rather than heavy. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are supplied for specification reference.
How to use it
Use Meadow Ebony for full-length curtains, where the black-and-ivory contrast can frame a room without adding colour. It sits well with pale plaster, oak and black metal details, especially in schemes that need a sharper, more tailored finish.
