About this fabric

Woven in 69% linen and 31% silk, this Longwood colourway has a dry-luxe handle with a subtle lustre that is most visible along the drape and crease. The cloth reads as a pale sand beige rather than a stark neutral, with faint golden warmth and a slightly creamy cast in the highlights. At approximately 300cm wide and with a vertical and horizontal repeat of 0cm, it is well suited to wide, uninterrupted applications. The surface looks fluid and refined, making the texture feel soft rather than overly crisp.

How to use it

Use Flow Sand to soften a room with oak, plaster pinks or weathered stone, where its warm neutrality can lift the palette without feeling cold. It also works well in layered schemes with natural linens and pale timber finishes.

A softly luminous neutral that works beautifully across curtains and light upholstery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
