Fabio Clay

Misti FabricL9552-03

Fabio Clay shows a calm, understated beige with a warm clay undertone and a softly textured woven surface. The finish reads natural and restrained, with just enough depth in the yarn to keep the plain cloth from looking flat.

About this fabric

This colourway in the Misti collection has a gentle warm-beige cast, sitting between putty and clay rather than feeling yellow or cool grey. The weave is fine and even, with the cotton and linen content giving it a slightly dry, natural handle that is visible in the close-up texture. At approximately 145cm wide, it offers good flexibility for both upholstery and curtains, and the plain repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm keeps the surface clean and continuous. The blend of 46% Cotton, 38% Linen, 12% Acrylic and 4% Polyamide suggests a cloth that balances natural character with added stability.

How to use it

Use Fabio Clay on tailored seating, headboards or relaxed drapery where a muted, earthy neutral is needed. Its soft clay tone pairs especially well with oak, stone, tobacco and chalky off-whites.

A soft warm neutral that works neatly on tailored upholstery or effortless curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
