About this fabric

Moonrise Clay from Larsen’s Moonrise collection is a wide-width fabric, approximately 308cm, woven in 48% wool, 26% linen and 26% polyester. In this colourway the cloth appears as a muted clay-beige with creamy undertones, giving it a warm, sunlit softness rather than a stark neutral cast. The surface has a fine, lightly slubbed texture that catches the light in pale streaks as it falls. With no repeat and a cloth-like drape, it suits large-scale curtain work where the fabric can hang in long, uninterrupted panels. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code Z are specified for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Moonrise Clay to soften pale walls, stone floors or light oak joinery, where its warm beige tone will feel quietly grounded. It works especially well as full-length curtains in rooms that need a gentle, natural warmth without adding visual weight.

A softly textured neutral that brings warmth without overwhelming a room.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
