Jazz Ebony

Mundo FabricL9517-03

Jazz Ebony has a soft stone-beige ground lifted by a crisp charcoal geometric line pattern. The effect is orderly and subtle, with the small-scale repeat keeping the surface visually light.

About this fabric

This fabric from Larsen’s Mundo collection is a textile, not wallpaper, with a repeat of approximately V 40cm and H 72cm and a width of about 145cm. Its composition of 23% acrylic, 22% cotton, 22% polyester, 17% viscose, 8% linen and 8% wool gives it a woven, slightly textural handle rather than a flat printed look. In Jazz Ebony, the pale beige base reads warm and muted, while the fine dark motif adds definition without becoming harsh. The overall impression is a calm, tailored neutral with enough pattern to add interest on larger pieces.

How to use it

Use it on an armchair, banquette or Roman blind where the small geometric repeat can be appreciated up close. The warm beige tone sits neatly with oak, taupe and black accents, and the dark linework gives a room a more structured finish.

The pale ground and fine dark pattern make this an easy smart neutral for tailored upholstery or relaxed curtains.

Pairs well with

A pattern needs somewhere for the eye to rest, so these are the plains and textures that sit beside Jazz Ebony without fighting it. Mixed across the houses we hold, which is the part a single supplier's book cannot do.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
