About this fabric
Woven in a 75% cotton, 11% acrylic, 11% virgin wool and 3% polyester blend, Marajo Clay combines a natural handle with a softly structured finish. The repeat is approximately V 42cm / H 16cm, and the slender, irregular wave motif creates a subtle all-over rhythm rather than a bold statement. In this colourway, the beige base is warmed by a muted clay tone and lifted with pale, sandy highlights, giving the fabric a calm, sun-baked softness. At approximately 128cm wide, it is a practical width for a range of furnishing applications, and the BM fire code adds further specification detail for contract-minded projects.
How to use it
Use Marajo Clay on elegant occasional chairs, cushions or a relaxed upholstered headboard where its warm beige tone can soften sharper architectural lines. It also works well with oak, brushed brass and chalky paint colours, letting the gentle pattern add interest without overpowering the room.
