Emilio Hemp

Mundo FabricL9484-03

Emilio Hemp shows a soft, earthy beige with the dry, natural look of woven flax. The surface reads calm and understated, with tiny crosswise slubs and a lightly mottled appearance that keeps the colourway from feeling flat.

About this fabric

This colourway in Larsen’s Mundo collection is made up of 26% Linen, 25% Polyester, 22% Cotton, 16% Wool and 11% Viscose, giving it a softly textured, natural-looking handle. The weave visible here is open enough to show the yarn character, but tight and even enough to keep the fabric feeling neat and versatile. At approx. 135cm wide with a repeat of V 0cm / H 0cm approx, it presents as a plain, non-directional cloth that is easy to pattern-match and style. The hemp-beige tone is warm rather than yellow, with a quiet stonewashed cast that suits relaxed interiors. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BH are supplied for this fabric.

How to use it

Use Emilio Hemp on a sofa or banquette for a soft, natural base that won’t dominate the room. It pairs especially well with timber, chalky whites and deeper olive or tobacco accents, where its warm beige notes can sit comfortably in the scheme.

A grounded natural tone that works beautifully across upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
