Costa Sea Glass

Mundo FabricL9482-05

Costa Sea Glass reads as a calm, misty blue-grey with a softly woven surface and no visible pattern. The shade feels cool and airy, with a gentle heathered depth that keeps it from looking flat.

About this fabric

Woven in a 45% Cotton, 19% Linen, 15% Acrylic, 12% Viscose, 9% Polyester blend, Costa Sea Glass has a dry, natural handle and a lightly textured face that suits relaxed interiors. The repeat is effectively none at V 0cm / H 0cm approx, so the appeal is all in the texture and the fine, clouded colour rather than motif. At 143cm approx wide, it offers a practical fabric width for upholstery and drapery projects alike. The pale sea-glass tone sits between blue and soft grey, giving the cloth a fresh but understated look that catches the light with a muted, silvery lift.

How to use it

Use it on a slim armchair, bench seat, or roman blind where the subtle blue-grey can cool warmer woods and linen layers. It pairs especially well with chalky whites, weathered oak, and deeper navy accents for a coastal, understated scheme.

A quiet blue-grey that brings a fresh, coastal softness to both seating and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
