About this fabric

This Gunmetal colourway has the look of a compact plain weave, with a soft matte surface and a faint crosswise texture visible in the cloth. The shade sits between inky navy and steel grey, giving it a cool, tailored feel rather than a bright metallic one. With a width of approximately 140cm and a composition of 47% viscose, 41% cotton, 7% linen and 5% acrylic, it offers a balanced textile handle for furnishing use. The repeat is vertical 0cm / horizontal 0cm approximately, so the focus stays on the tone and texture rather than pattern placement. The Q 8 < T 3 care code and K fire code should be checked against project requirements.

How to use it

Use this deep blue-grey to anchor a sofa, armchair or bench, especially alongside pale oak, chalk white or brushed metal. Its cool, low-contrast finish also works well for full-length curtains where the colour can read richer in softer light.

A dark, versatile blue with a subtle woven sheen that suits tailored upholstery or elegant curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
