Belo Wood

Mundo FabricL9519-06

Belo Wood shows a finely textured small-scale weave in a muted clay-brown tone, with lighter flecks lifting the surface. The effect is earthy and quietly warm rather than red or rust-heavy.

About this fabric

Belo Wood from Larsen’s Mundo collection is a fabric with a compact woven pattern and a subtle checked texture that reads as small and regular across the surface. The colour sits in a subdued terracotta-brown range, softened by paler yarns that give the cloth a slightly chalky, heathered look. With a width of approximately 145cm and a composition of 50% cotton, 30% viscose, 15% linen and 5% polyester, it has a natural-feeling body with a refined finish. The repeat is approximately V 3cm / H 3cm, which helps the design keep its tidy, tailored rhythm on larger runs. Care code Q 8 + T 3 and fire code √BM are supplied for this exact fabric.

How to use it

Use Belo Wood with oak, walnut or weathered timber to emphasise its warm, earthy note, or pair it with cream linen and softened taupe for a calm, tailored scheme. Its muted depth also works well on smart upholstery pieces where a small-scale texture is wanted instead of a flat plain.

A warm, textured neutral that brings an earthy depth to upholstery or relaxed drapery.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
