Nore Spice

Nore FabricL9410-14

Nore Spice is a warm, even terracotta linen with a dry, natural finish and a quietly tailored look. The colour sits between burnt orange and spice brown, giving the cloth a grounded warmth rather than a bright paprika tone.

About this fabric

Woven in 100% linen, Nore Spice has a simple plain appearance with no visible repeat, so the surface reads as calm and continuous across the cloth. The approx. 146cm width makes it practical for a range of interior applications, while the Q 8 + T 3 care code and √BM fire rating add useful specification detail for contract and domestic use. Visually, the shade is a softened burnt spice orange with brown undertones, and the weave has the slightly dry, organic texture expected of linen. It feels fuller and more substantial than a sheer drapery cloth, yet not so heavy that it would be limited to upholstery alone.

How to use it

Use this colourway to warm oak furniture, saddle-leather accents and neutral paintwork. It also makes a strong curtain fabric where you want a sunny, earth-toned glow rather than a sharp orange statement.

A rich terracotta linen that brings warmth and texture to both upholstery and curtains.

Paint that goes with it

Two ways to take the room. Both colours are from houses we hold, so a pot can come off the same order as the cloth. Screens shift colour, so treat these as a direction and bring the cloth to the shelf before you buy the paint.
